Weekday Morning Wake-Up Class 7:30am - 8:15am

Start your day with intention, movement, and clarity. This energizing morning class is designed to gently wake up the body, activate your breath, and build steady strength through mindful flow. We will begin with light stretches to release stiffness from sleep, then move into a fluid sequence that improves mobility, balance, and focus. The class finishes with a short grounding moment to leave you feeling refreshed and ready for the day ahead!

All levels are welcome; especially for beginners

Bring your own mat and water. Come as you are, and let your body guide you.

Weekend Morning Sun A class and Sun B Schedule to be determined

Sun A and Sun B classes feature a classic yoga flow designed to take you through a complete practice from gentle warm-up to power-building sequences and deep stretching.

Suitable for all levels, with options offered throughout so you can move at your own pace. Move with awareness and let your breath guide you through each stage of practice.
